We got two crepe cakes, two of the mango / shaved ice desserts, and got the warm black sesame. We all really liked the creme brulee cake but were bit mixed on the others -- they were tasty but the others didn't necessarily feel much different compared to other options in the area. I did like the coconut milk topping mixed with mangos, which was a great flavor mix. Overall, still a great place to go for dessert and if you go, definitely get the CB cake! ”

“ It's been a long time since I've had mango mango and I didn't realize they had a dessert lab in the east village so I came by on a slow, rainy day to pick up some goodies for home. I used to dislike mango sago and the like, but had been craving it and it hit the spot. Authentic, classic, mango sago with pieces of grapefruit that add a touch of bitterness in the otherwise sweet, creamy dessert. If you're not used to this type of dessert, come in with openness because this is a more traditional/typical type of dessert known to east asian cultures that we grow up with. The mochi wasn't bad either - it was soft and fluffy, though the inside was just okay, but it was beautiful! The space is beautiful as well, and good for small groups if you're looking for post-dinner desserts! ”

“ Mango mango has always been one of my go to places for refreshing fruit desserts. This time I came with a group of friends and this location was perfect with lots of seating. Ordered a variety of their fruit dessert bowls including the mango with mango juice and chewy rice balls and ice cream, mango pomelo with sago, snowy white mango juice with red bean, and strawberry mango juice sago and lychee jelly with mango ice cream. All the desserts were super refreshing with sweet ripe fruit and delicious ice cream. Would definitely come back again! ”

“ Good service, variety of desserts, cool ambiance. Me and my friend are In NY for the weekend and we wanted to try some crepe cakes. We did a quick Google search and found this place. When we arrived at 1:30p it was closed. The door had the opening times and it said open at 1pm. We asked next door if they were out of business and they said no, but they were not sure what time it opens. I searched again online and it stated they open at 2p on Thursdays. We walked around a little and came back. Indeed, they were open at 2p. We checked out the menu online before we got there and noticed they had a Durian crepe cake. Neither of us ever tried durian before and wanted to give it a try. When we arrived we already knew what we wanted. We wanted the mango sticky rice and the durian crepe cake. They didn't have any mango sticky rice (probably because they just opened), and they didn't have durian at this location. Bummer! We ended up getting a mango crepe cake and a small taste of durian ice cream just to try. Mango crepe cake was good. Moist layers of crepe and mango mousse in between, topped with chunks of sweet mango and mango syrup. The durian ice cream was good, sweet, and as they say the fruit has a weird smell which you can smell and taste in the ice cream. It was pretty interesting. Nice way to try it for the first time, but definitely no need to try it again. This plane is cool. At had a large variety of Asian desserts, ice cream, and Boba tea. It's worth a try! ”

“ If you are visiting NYC i definitely recommend coming here. It is one of my go to desert places! I always at the A1 with pomelo it always hits. The mangos are always ripe too. I definitely recommend the A1 It usually has a wait if you are trying to go after dinner but other than that it is usually chill. This specific location uses lots of handmade bowls and plates which is super different than all the other locations. There are also sizeable tables that can sit a fair amount of people if you have a big party. ”
